Overview
Headquartered in Nashua, N.H., the Advanced RenewableEnergy Company, LLC (ARC Energy), was founded in 2007 to commercialize cutting-edge technologies for LED and other clean energy markets. ARC Energy provides highly automated and efficient large diameter sapphire crystal growth and processing systems to enable rapid scale production and cost reduction of LEDs. 

Job Summary
Leads the company's marketing initiatives including marketing communications, direct marketing, and public relations; and assists in all marketing and communication initiatives including planning and executing print, Web site and online marketing activities, tradeshows, media relations and customer communications/events.

Leads the company's integrated marketing and communications plan to develop a strong brand with a focus on Asia. Develops new marketing collateral, Web site content and other marketing communications working with various teams. Develops and implements an online and email marketing strategy. Performs detailed analysis of campaign results and implements continuous improvements. Keeps track of competitive landscape and all marketing done by competition. Tradeshow planning and logistics. Website maintenance and updates. Performs various marketing and product development projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience; international marketing experience strongly preferred
• Motivated self-starter and leader
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Bilingual in Chinese and/or Korean a plus
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge or interest in learning Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Constant Contact a plus
