Schneider Associates (www.schneiderpr.com), a Boston-based public relations and integrated marketing communications firm that specializes in Launch Public Relations^®, is currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and results-oriented public relations professional to join our dynamic agency. We are looking for an Account Supervisor/Senior Account Executive who can help lead our Professional Services and Public Affairs practice areas.  Our clients are leaders in their respective fields, and this position will directly service a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, one of the world’s foremost institutions of higher education, the Global Corporate Real Estate function of an international apparel brand, a growing community bank and a variety of other finance, development and B2B firms.             

In this role, you will work closely with agency leaders and client contacts to develop and implement comprehensive public relations, social media, marketing and creative programs that build brand awareness.  You will also help lead integrated stakeholder relations campaigns within the public affairs group.  The Account Supervisor will oversee the work of the group’s Account Executives and Account Coordinators, and will participate in the monthly account planning and management process.  Our ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience with client management and the ability to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and goals.  A passion for media relations, proven track record for delivering results and excellent written and verbal communication skills will position the new Account Supervisor for success at our firm. 

Qualifications:

• 6 - 8 years’ agency, public sector, or relevant in-house experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Excellent writer
• Creative, strategic thinker
• Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Social media experience a plus
