Public Relations Account Manager

Candidates must demonstrate an ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and growing company environment.  Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client activities such as planning, implementing and executing strategies and tactics; managing and mentoring team members; and paying careful attention to budgets, resources, deadlines and client records.

Top candidates must have extensive experience and success in implementing traditional and social media programs.

Required Powers & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English or journalism
• At least four years of agency PR or marketing experience in technology
• A proven ability to manage, develop and grow client relationships as the day-to-day account leader
• Stellar track record in media relations - pitching and placement expertise
• Organized, proactive and committed to professional development
• Experience presenting to groups of all sizes and pursuing new business opportunities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Love of social media and experience implementing campaigns
• Vision for mapping opportunities to key objectives
• Creative approach to developing strategic positioning
• Experience in designing and implementing measurement activities
