2007 Bell Ringer Awards
Sponsorship Program

Since 1969, the Pub Club's Bell Ringer Awards have been a symbol of outstanding achievement for New England public relations and communications professionals. We are currently offering sponsorship opportunities to reach the large community of the region's top PR professionals with information and exposure to your products and services. Due to overwhelming demand this year, we are offering two additional sponsorship levels to accommodate a variety of needs as well as the ability to sponsor an aspect of the actual awards ceremony.

The sponsorship levels to consider include:

We hope you will consider this an excellent opportunity as it distinguishes your organization as a supporter of this important organization while gaining access to a fresh community of PR professionals to utilize your services. For example, more than 325 New England PR professionals attended the 2004 Bell Ringer Awards Ceremony, an even mix of agency and corporate companies. In addition, publicity of sponsorship reaches more than 750 industry professionals, both members and non-members through marketing e-mails, plus hundreds more through our news release.

Platinum Sponsor

At the Platinum Sponsorship level of $3,500, The Publicity Club of New England will honor the agreement with the following:

  • Full-page ad in event program book
  • Logo on one side of the attendee gift bag (canvas tote)
  • Space in attendee gift bag for marketing handout and giveaway
  • Five minutes to welcome and address the award ceremony attendees prior to the award presentations
  • Logo and 20-word sponsorship ad on www.pubclub.org and in all Bell Ringer promotion e-mail blasts
  • Listing in the Bell Ringer press release targeted to trade outlets and local press
  • Mention in Bell Ringer Newsletter sent to more than 200 industry members
  • Feature article in the Bell Ringer Newsletter sent to more than 200 industry members
  • Draped 8’ table for literature during Cocktail/Networking hour
  • Six event tickets (additional tickets may be purchased at Member rate)
  • Logo placement and sponsorship level noted in event slide show
  • Copy of Pub Club members, Bell Ringer attendees and Bell Ringer entrants list
  • Sponsorship status of one Publicity Club Program of choice during the 2007-2008 season

Gold Sponsor

At the Gold Sponsorship level of $1,500, The Publicity Club of New England will honor the agreement with the following:

  • 3/4-page ad in event program book
  • Space in attendee gift bag for marketing handout and giveaway
  • Logo and 20-word sponsorship ad on www.pubclub.org and in all Bell Ringer promotion e-mail blasts
  • Listing in the Bell Ringer press release targeted to trade outlets and local press
  • Mention in Bell Ringer Newsletter sent to more than 200 industry members
  • Draped 8’ table for literature during Cocktail/Networking hour
  • Four event tickets (additional tickets may be purchased at Member rate)
  • Logo placement and sponsorship level noted in event slide show
  • Copy of Bell Ringer attendees and Bell Ringer entrants list

Silver Sponsor

At the Silver Sponsorship level of $1,000, The Publicity Club of New England will honor the agreement with the following:

  • Half-page ad in event program book
  • Space in attendee gift bag for marketing handout and giveaway
  • Logo on www.pubclub.org and in all Bell Ringer promotion e-mail blasts
  • Listing in the Bell Ringer press release targeted to trade outlets and local press
  • Mention in Bell Ringer Newsletter sent to over 200 industry members
  • Two event tickets (additional tickets may be purchased at Member rate)
  • Logo placement and sponsorship level noted in event slide show

At the Bronze Sponsorship level of $750, The Publicity Club of New England will honor the agreement with the following:

  • Quarter-page ad in event program book
  • Space in attendee gift bag for marketing handout and giveaway
  • Listing in the Bell Ringer press release targeted to trade outlets and local press
  • Mention in Bell Ringer Newsletter sent to over 200 industry members
  • Two event tickets (additional tickets may be purchased at Member rate)
  • Logo placement and sponsorship level noted in event slide show
  • Copy of Bell Ringer attendee list.

Friend Sponsorship

At the Friend Sponsorship level of $250, The Publicity Club of New England will honor the agreement with the following:

  • Listing in event program book
  • Listing in the Bell Ringer press release targeted to trade outlets and local press
  • Mention in Bell Ringer Newsletter sent to over 200 industry members
  • One event tickets (additional tickets may be purchased at Member rate)
  • Logo placement and sponsorship level noted in event slide show
  • Opportunity to distribute handouts on a “Friends of the Publicity Club” table during the cocktail hour

Additional Sponsorships Opportunities**:

Please contact if interested in unique 2007 sponsorships such as:

  • Sponsoring drinks during the cocktail hour

  • Wine bottles on the table "compliments of your organization"

  • A unique cocktail hour offering - such as sushi or pasta station

**All items must be provided and arranged through Copley Plaza Marriott, Boston, Massachusetts. Due to the fluctuating size of the event, prices will vary.
