As part of the Publicity Club of New England’s mission to develop and encourage the next generation of public relations professionals, the Pub Club awards a $1,000 award to one junior or senior student with the William M. Cavanaugh Student Award each year.

The award application is open to students studying in an accredited journalism, public relations or communications program at a New England college.

2016 Cavanaugh Award Winner

The Publicity Club of New England is pleased to announce Holly Ledoux as the winner of the 2016 William Cavanaugh Award.

William M. Cavanaugh Student Grant Nomination Process

Applicants are required to submit the following:

  1. Completed application form below;
  2. A short PR & Marketing plan proposal on how to attract more students to the Pub Club using social media; and
  3. A recommendation by an internship/work supervisor or faculty member who has extensive knowledge of your abilities, work ethic and anticipated career path is required.

The 2016 nomination process is closed but check back early next year or become a student member today to receive regular updates and announcements.
